In my experience with enough practice you can learn to predict certain types of mistakes in a player which is a skill you can learn from playing the engine. Also as a final note, the ratings on those "bots" on chess.com are so clearly inflated to boost people's egos. So many sub 900s posting they "beat the 1500 bot".

Lichess Puzzles vs Chess.com puzzles. I am rated approx. 1800 for both sites in puzzle elo. I hear people say that lichess elo is more inflated than chess.com, thus chess.com puzzles should be harder than lichess?
